Adrian is a licensed CPA with years of experience driving growth as the Grand Rapids Junior Chamber’s treasurer. He's thrilled to take on the role of President to work alongside a committed team and make a lasting impact supporting each person in realizing their fullest potential
He currently works at Fusion Education Group as a senior corporate accountant. Adrian holds a Masters of Accountancy, Public Accounting and Bachelor's of Accounting from Davenport University.

Celeste Ross is the Founder of Jaerich and the Organizational Development Manager at Praxis Packaging. A passionate advocate for leadership through kindness and impact, Celeste brings a dynamic background in operations, human resources, and training across diverse industries—from hospitality and healthcare to manufacturing. With an M.B.A. from Davenport University and SHRM-CP certification, she combines strategic insight with a heart for people development.
As a biracial woman in the workforce, Celeste’s lived experiences have shaped her understanding of inclusive leadership and the transformative power of empathy. Her mission is clear: to give others the confidence to strive toward greatness.
Currently serving as Vice President of the Grand Rapids Junior Chamber and National Chaplain on the JCI USA Board of Directors. Celeste is committed to creating spaces where individuals and organizations alike can achieve the impossible through effective coaching, development, and leadership.

Brandon Diller

​As a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles, Brandon brings a wealth of expertise to any organization. With previous positions as an Operations Manager, Quality Manager, and Project Manager, he has honed his skills in managing cross-functional teams, driving operational efficiencies, and delivering high-quality results while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. His diverse industry experience has equipped him with a well-rounded skill set that includes strategic planning, financial analysis, and project management.
Furthermore, Brandon is committed to giving back to the community previously serving the Grand Rapids Young Professionals board and currently serving the Grand Rapids Junior Chamber of Commerce board. These experiences has allowed him to develop a passion for community service and leadership development. He is a results-driven professional who believes in continuous improvement and takes a collaborative approach to leadership. He is confident in his ability to drive success and lead teams to new heights of achievement.

Brenden Ritter
Lockton Companies, Client Advocate
​Brenden is responsible for connecting with various organizations, helping educate employers on Lockton, and determining how or if we can help them. He works with Lockton’s service teams to help create and execute clients’ long-term strategies for their insurance, employee benefits, total rewards and risk management programs.

Brenden is very active in the community serving on committees within ACG West Michigan and serving Men Wear Pink | American Cancer Society.
Brenden holds a Bachelor's in Sales & Business Marketing from Western Michigan University.

Colleen McInerney
AEBetancourt, Talent Development Consultant
As a Talent Development Consultant at AEBetancourt, Colleen helps drive the evolution of talent acquisition strategies for AEB clients. She supports innovative recruitment efforts, guiding clients through the selection of ideal candidates and ensuring alignment with business goals.
In her free time, she enjoys running, playing trumpet in the Rockford Community Band, and spending time with her partner and their dog, Lucy.
Colleen holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems from Western Michigan University. She also has experience with the Disney College Program and Student Development at Kalamazoo College.
